Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Miss Darling Studio. As a small business, we strive to ensure you love your purchase and also maintaining fairness and sustainability for our operations. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns* for store credit under the following conditions: 

• We do not provide refunds for returns, this includes change of mind or incorrect size changes.
• Your return will be issued in store credit for the full amount of your returned item/s.
• You'll have 14 days to return your order from delivery date.
• All store credits will be issued within 3-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned items.
  
• Items marked as SALE are final and cannot be returned.
• If you receive a faulty item or you believe your order is faulty, please contact us immediately.
• We are not responsible for return shipping cost, and lost or damaged parcels during the return process. 

Return conditions:

• Item/s must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• be returned in their original packaging without stains, marks, smell of perfumes, odors, or alterations.

Please note: Items returned that do not meet these conditions will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.
